Application Process:

Documents Required for BLOCKING of Seat for MBBS Course:

Students currently in class 12th or those who have passed class 12th with 50% in PCB and pass in English (40% for SC/ST/OBC) can apply for Admission via National Vidya Foundation by obtaining an application form and submitting it with the processing fees.

Students should apply for a PASSPORT if they do no have one already. Click here to go to the Website of the Passport Authority of the Govt. of India. www.passport.nic.in

Student can register for FREE with National Vidya Foundation for information and APPLY for Admission at point of time during the year. In Ukraine class begins on 1st September. However, 1st students year can join between 1st week of September to 15th of November. Student Visa interviews begin from the 15th of August each year in the Embassy in India.

Booking fee of Rs 10,000 (Rs 8000 is refundable if booking is cancelled & Rs 2000 is deducted for application processing – read the form for terms and conditions).

The following documents have to be submitted in ORIGINAL in New Delhi for the Visa interview.

a.	Class 10th Marks sheet
b.	Class 10th Pass Certificate
c.	Class 11th School Mark Sheet - OR - Letter from School Principal stating list of subjects and marks in each subject in class 11
d.	Class 12th Pass Certificate
e.	Class 12th Mark sheet
f.	Date of Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Date of Birth
g.	Passport
h.	20 Color Passport size Photographs
